The plate of process engineers

Perforated plates from HEIN, LEHMANN

The winning formula of our CONIDUR® fine hole and slotted hole plates is its special conical perforation. Among other things, this reduces passage resistance, prevents blockages and increases throughput.

Our special manufacturing process enables the finest perforated plates in initial plate thicknesses that can be many times the hole width. A CONIDUR® perforated plate significantly improves the quality of your processes. Thanks to work hardening, they are also unbeatable in terms of wear resistance.

The CONIDUR® perforated plates are available in many different designs. Material quality, initial plate thickness, perforation and surface finish can be tailored to your requirements.

The special properties of the CONIDUR® perforated plates lead to numerous process engineering advantages in various areas such as distribution decks in fluidized bed applications, in centrifuges, mills, cheese processing plants, starch centrifuges and the like.

Our CONIDUR® perforated plates are used, among others, in the

  • Chemical industry
  • Food industry
  • Pharmaceutical industry
  • Processing technology
  • and many others
