Short Stories

The endurance test

Changing production conditions led to a shorter service life for the 870 LaK wire link belt for one of our overseas customers. Our technicians took on the challenge – with great success.

Mysterious holes

Unexplained holes in a wide-spiral wire link belt presented our customer, his furnace maker and us with a seemingly unsolvable puzzle. But as is so often the case, the solution was quite obvious – and therefore easy to miss.

When an individual customer request seems absolutely unworkable – and the necessary tool for it does not even exist – some providers shake their heads regretfully. That's not an option for us!

Haunting around a "crooked" belt

Something strange happened at one of our customers: Every morning, one of our custom-made conveyor belts stopped running on track - and no one could explain why. Was the company haunted?

Our customer provided for a clean city with his road sweepers. But the subsequent dewatering of the sweepings caused him a new headache every day. This is where we came in.

Our CONIDUR® perforated plates, individually made by experts, play in a whole new league - because the special manufacturing process of HEIN, LEHMANN ensures the finest triangular to semi-elliptical perforations. Exactly these make the difference: The special properties of these perforations significantly improves the quality of your products and open up unprecedented procedural possibilities in sieving, separating, and conveying technology.

LIWELL®

Our LIWELL® screening machines with the Spannwell® principle are the invention of HEIN, LEHMANN. You can say that you are something like the screening technique boss for extremely difficult and/or moist bulk materials. Wherever other machines have to go to their knees, their revolutionary technology has been used around the world for over 40 years for the screening of bulk materials.

RIMA®/CORIMA

The welded or looped RIMA® and CORIMA wedge wire screens from HEIN, LEHMANN can be individually adapted to any application and therefore used universally. They are unbreakable, they only know about constipation problems by hearsay, and that's not the only reason why they improve screening efficiency in almost all branches of industry.
