All cheese?

Many of our customers say: "Once CONIDUR®, always CONIDUR®!" No matter where our perforated sheets with the triangular to semi-elliptical perforations and the angled, conical openings are used, they bring numerous advantages.

In a fluidised bed system, for example, an essential component is the CONIDUR® gas distributor plate. The advantages include a stable fluidised bed due to uniform air distribution, reliable use even in the high-temperature range, directional air flow and pressure loss design.

Mill users love the rough surface of the CONIDUR® perforated plates because they optimally support the grinding process.

But did you know what other applications CONIDUR® perforated sheets are suitable for? It is quite possible that our perforated sheet has long since found its way onto your breakfast table. At least in the form of an unmistakable trace!

"Traces of perforated metal on the breakfast table - I've never seen that before in my house! Then take a look at the cheese if there is any on your place setting. More precisely: look at the rind. It is not at all unlikely that our special CONIDUR® hole shape can be recognised there. Simply because our trays are perfectly suited for cheese making.

And what makes our trays real "cheese specialists"? Here is the answer:

The perforated sheets are used in an edged rectangular shape or rounded cylindrical shape - with a bottom and a press cover also made of CONIDUR®. The special perforated shape, as already mentioned, provides for a very good drainage. The back-side of the sheets has another advantage up its sleeve: it is so smooth that the cheese comes out of the mould in "no time at all". And then there's the durability of our perforated sheets, which is partly due to the cold forming process in manufacturing.

All that really remains is to say: "Long live CONIDUR®!" But since our sheets are already doing that, we say: Let's get to the cheese!
