Employee in the work preparation department (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of work procedures and processes
- Creation of work plans and material and resource planning
- Optimization of production processes together with the company
- REFA time recording, LEAN production projects
- Production cost calculation
- Participate in internal projects
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably with qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or, if necessary, further training in the area of REFA / LEAN
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation or similar areas
- Sound knowledge of planning and monitoring production processes
- Experience in designing, optimizing workflows and implementing lean methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (INFOR desirable)
- Good knowledge of Excel VBA desirable
- Good knowledge of CNC programming / CADCAM desirable
