(Technician, production planner, quality manager (m/f/d) or similar)
As an employee in the field of work preparation (m/f/d) you are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of work processes and procedures as well as the creation of work plans and material and resource planning.
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of work procedures and processes
- Creation of work plans and material and resource planning
- Optimization of production processes together with the company
- REFA, LEAN production projects
- Production cost calculation
- Participate in internal projects
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical vocational training (m/f/d) or, if necessary, further training in the area of REFA / LEAN
- Professional experience in work preparation or similar areas
- Knowledge of/interest in planning and monitoring production processes
- Initial experience in designing and optimizing workflows and, if applicable, implementing Lean methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (INFOR desirable)
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming / CAD/CAM is an advantage
