Your tasks:
- Project calculation
- Quotation and order processing
- Order negotiation
- Project-related purchasing
- Processing complaints together with quality management
- Partial support at industry trade fairs
Your qualification:
- Completed technical vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or similar training (m/f/d)
- Relevant experience in customer service
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience in ERP systems
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and commitment
- Structured, independent and self-reliant way of working
- Strong communication skills as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
- Willingness to take occasional business trips
- Class 3 / B driving licence
