Executive Assistant / Management Assistant (m/f/d)

 

As an assistant to the managing director (m/f/d), you will relieve the managing director by taking over operational tasks and familiarizing yourself with product-related topics, organizing appointments and travel, and ensuring internal and external communication.

Tasks:

  • You will provide responsible and proactive support to our Managing Director in the operational tasks of day-to-day business
  • This will also involve familiarizing yourself with product-related topics
  • You will set priorities and have the confidence to make your own decisions to relieve the burden on management
  • You will prepare relevant information and contribute to the creation and quality assurance of statistics, presentations, and decision-making documents
  • You will independently manage internal and external correspondence, as well as office organization and the planning and booking of international business trips
  • Preparing, coordinating, organizing, and following up on internal and external appointments, meetings, and events are part of your responsibilities
  • You will serve as a key liaison within the company and collaborate interactively with colleagues from various departments and locations
  • You will welcome and assist guests and business clients
  • Additional special tasks, such as organizing team events, contributing to individual projects, and conducting research, will arise from your daily work

Profile:

  • You have a communicative and friendly demeanor and are comfortable interacting with business partners at all hierarchical levels
  • You enjoy cross-departmental tasks
  • You are interested in the products and operations of an owner-managed, medium-sized manufacturing company
  • You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or secretarial field and ideally possess several years of professional experience in an administrative role. Experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is advantageous
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications and can quickly learn new ones
  • You are organized, flexible, and work independently, meticulously, reliably, and discreetly
