As a business application consultant (m/f/d) you are responsible for the further development and optimization of the existing ERP system in our group of companies in connection with ERP system-related applications.
Your tasks:
- Further development and optimization of the existing ERP system in our group of companies in connection with ERP system-related applications
- Analysis of application potential of the ERP solution in the business processes as well as support of the respective departments with the implementation and optimization
- Operational safeguarding of operations and participation in strategic issues. You will be in close contact with the key users in the departments
- End user and key user support
- Planning and implementation of training and courses for users
- Participation in the maintenance and further development of the reporting
- Responsible for controlling and optimizing master data management
- Operational support for a group location in south-west Germany
Your profile
- Successfully completed training in a commercial or IT environment or a degree in business informatics or business administration
- Methodological knowledge in the field of process optimization
- Good understanding of business processes and organizational structures
- ERP all-rounder with good experience (at least three years of professional experience)
- Knowledge of MS-SQL and/or Oracle, as well as programming desirable
- Very good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and an affinity for the standardization of company-wide business processes
- Customer and service orientation, willingness to cooperate and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and still be used to working independently and purposefully
- Good English knowledge
